The MTB Training Collective was started with a goal of taking our collective experiences in the Fitness and Cycling world and meshing them together into a training program. Not just a one-off program, not a 12 or 16 week template that you download and have to follow along by yourself. We wanted to create a program that addressed the needs of the everyday mountain bike enthusiast to the competitive racer while simultaneously building a collective group of athletes around the world that can see, follow, and interact with one another across their training program. We wanted to create a program that whether you’re in Vermont, Hawaii, or Switzerland you’re performing and following the same program each week as every other person. A program that is constantly evolving and growing to suit what riders need to make them strong, able, and more injury resistant on the bike, while also keeping them fit and healthy for everyday life and activities, both in and out of riding season. We wanted to create a community of people that want to be the best versions of themselves both on and off the bike!
